Financial Aid
Financial Aid for 2026-27
NORTAC actively raises funds throughout the year in order to provide opportunities for local youth to play soccer regardless of their family’s financial status.
Financial aid is offered as either a 50% or 25% reduction in annual player fees; NORTAC does not provide financial aid for the “full” amount (e.g. 100%) of the club fees.
There is a limited amount of financial aid available each year, so it’s recommended that you submit an application as soon as your player has been invited to join a Sparta team or registration has opened for the NORTAC soccer season.
- Applications must be fully completed and accompanied by all required supporting documentation; incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Family income is based on household totals, including all adults living in the home.
- Decisions are based on Federal Guidelines (adjusted to family size), with consideration made for the cost of living in Washington state.
- A separate application must be submitted for each player, each year.
- Award decisions are dependent upon funding levels and other changing circumstances, and may change from year to year.
- Please do not submit an application without first being invited to a Sparta team, or before NORTAC registration opens.
- Financial aid cannot be applied toward late fees, team tournament fees, or Sparta uniform costs.
- Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing, if submitting outside the application window.
- Reach out to vp_programming@nortac.org with any questions.
